  1. It's the number he needs to shift that's the issue. I'd have thought that much was obvious.
  2. No it doesn't. It means that he needs to do a lot of work to get the players he wants.
  3. Wheater? Edit: Is Baptiste also an option?
  4. I'm asking you to name this 'raft of shite' that we need to get rid of. If it's that obvious it shouldn't be that difficult. Let's see how many everyone else agrees with.
  5. Who?
  6. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A3LXxdOFDRM
  7. Lennon's thoughts: http://www.bwfc.co.uk/news/article/neil-lennon-better-team-won-2428089.aspx
  8. Those stats say otherwise.
  9. These people who think we're shite, that we need a complete clearout, or that we're slowly sinking into League One, how do they explain the fact that we have one of the best home records in the Championship since Lennon took over? We are 7th in the home form table and 11th in the overall table since he took over. It's the away form that needs sorting. We don't need to tear up the entire blueprint and start again.
  10. To be fair, the whole programme was a Bournemouth love-in from start to finish.
  11. No we don't.
  12. Commentary game on Five Live tonight. Monday Night Club from the ground before the game.
  13. He'd have his work cut out to get any sort of performance from a hedgehog, a mouse and rabbit.
  14. They've got some serious money behind them now. They're in the process of converting Ashton Gate into a 32,000 capacity stadium as well.
  15. Depends which jobs are available. If McClaren goes to Newcastle i can see him going to Derby. They've already got a Premier League set-up and the sort of fan base Burnley can only dream about. It's not just about getting a team promoted, it's about keeping them up and i think Derby would have a better chance of attracting players than Burnley if they went up.
  16. Anyone can win promotion from the Championship. Budget is no guarantee of success. Having the money is one thing, persuading decent players who will have other options to join a club like Burnley is another. Their better players could leave for other Premier League clubs. Kieran Trippier for one. The promoted clubs will be looking to strengthen.
  17. Scrap international friendlies as well. If every country just played qualifiers, no one would have an advantage.
  18. He won't get another job in the Premier League if they get relegated. I reckon he'll leave for a bigger club with a realistic chance of promotion. I also think Burnley will lose some of their key players if they go down.
  19. If he's still there...
  20. Danny Kelly said the same thing on his show last night. Somebody at Talksport obviously hasn't been paying attention. Even more baffling was that Wigan's manager seemed to think that they just needed to win at Brentford to give themselves a chance of staying up. I don't think he realized that Rotherham could relegate them before Saturday.
  21. Rotherham one win in eight. Reading one win in nine. It could go either way.
  22. Southend move into the automatic promotion places with one game to play. Browny's done a decent job there.
  23. Wouldn't count on Rotherham getting anything from their next two games, if they can't beat a team who were down to 10 men for over 75 minutes.
  24. Durham just relegated Wigan. "Wigan relegated to League One just two years after winning the FA Cup."
  25. They need 3 points to stay up if Millwall win at Wolves.
