None of that has anything to do with changing the name of the club or the club colours. The other examples you've given are the exceptions rather than the rule. More clubs would do it if they thought they could make money out of it. The fact that they haven't tells you all you need to know. Even Tan eventually realized that the only thing people in the far east give a shit about, is whether the team is in the Premier League, not whether they play in red.

Why is it 'inevitable'? Most owners don't change either. Thirteen of the teams in the current Premier League have changed hands in the last few years, only one is proposing changing the club name and none have changed the club colours.

None of the clubs you referred to have changed their names by adding the club nickname to the location. Swansea Town became Swansea City when the town became a city. Orient started as Clapton Orient and then Leyton Orient because it is in both Clapton and Leytonstone. Chester City were wound up in 2010.
