According to a Sunderland ST holder they’ve only given sheff weds the same as we got 2k. Weds not happy about it. Be interesting to see whether they give Sunderland top and bottom tier in 2nd leg.

I was going to watch the Leicester game tbh then the early Roma goal so found myself watching west ham til the sending off and now it’s the rangers game for me (ADHD at its very best this evening) let’s see if they can do it. agree they and Celtic are much better than most give them credit for. But it’s a tiresome discussion really as never going to change the views. and you keep them fucking flags away from me 😬 grab a few pints soon if you fancy in town now the good weather is here 🙄

I’m trying to the think the last time a Sunday league team got so far in Europe? and as I’ve said I’ve a season ticket for Livingston (used 4 times this year) I’ve no allegiance to rangers. Other than the proud flying of the Union Jack of course

In all honesty if it has any impact it is likely to make it worse. You know this and I can see this as well as can most people. thing is the war and supply shortages in the Far East aren’t a concern, apparently. They’re having no impact on us. im starting to think we should stop the news reporting on stuff like that. I’m coming round to the idea of an anti brexit news channel 24/7 and can just sit and watch that and ignore the going’s on worldwide. Be simpler I guess and take less brain power. more time to drink as well

Agreed the benefits are scarce if at all to be seen currently. As I’ve said I would change my vote were it to be held today knowing what I know. Thinking this through. If brexit is solely behind our inflationary issues and we rejoined would that mean it would go away? And then what would happen across the rest of the world at that point as they’ve not been impacted by brexit but still have in some cases higher rates of inflation than us? So would there’s then get worse or better? I need a drink I think. I can see why some folk on here drink far too much on a regular basis with all this going on.

No you know this. So no benefit it that’s the angle you are stupidly coming from 😎 We did get them quicker though that I will admit! But im trying to understand how the price increases are the fault of brexit? and maybe you know the answer to the question I’ve asked earlier possibly? How has Germany been so badly affected by brexit that their inflation rate is above the uk? Because ours is solely due to brexit, apparently, so there’s must be as well? as basic economic principles dont really change if you’re in or out of the EU or at least it didn’t when I studied it at university.

We manufacture across the globe but majority is in the EU. Price increases on raw materials and components has gone through the roof and like you we’ve now passed this onto our customers as we had no choice it was unsustainable. we import all our parts and product into the uk from the EU. We don’t pay a tariff on any of it post brexit. Our price increases as I’ve said aren’t due to brexit they are due to global price increases. but apparently it’s all entirely down to brexit. You ask how or why and get silence. Wonder why?

Hopefully they still do? Be sad to see we had moved away from such rituals if it wasn’t the case.

That’s his opinion as he’s entitled to Just to be sure. It’s nothing to do with the war and not at all related in any way to the current state of play in China for covid related issues? That is correct yes? and brexit alone is causing inflation across the globe to rise, correct? If not it’s just the cause in the uk yes? And we aren’t feeling the impact of any other global issues on our fair isle? If so I will doff my cap and apologize profusely.
