  1. We're third and haven't been playing well, or we've had games where we've done ok and others we've been utter dross
  2. Temu Yoda
  3. I like Morley, would be sad to see him go, but at the same time I'd be happy to see him go now for 500k or whatever figure is being thrown about than have him go for free at the end of the season. If he's not playing regularly here, good luck to him elsewhere.
  4. I guess we've just seen formations tweeted here and there and it just felt like "that was the formation and team needed to win that game" I just wouldn't be surprised to see us back to 4-2-3-1 again come Tuesday. I think that 3-4-3 or whatever it was Vs Wigan relying on wingbacks and I can't see Christie filling that role, J.O-T might be shattered from that position and hasn't really had a run of games for fitness or whatever, I feel like I'm being really negative now, but these are just things going through my mind for why we wouldn't play that formation on Tuesday. I hope I'm incorrect and this is the way forward, Especially if it's producing winning and effective football. I didn't see all the game Vs Wigan so I don't want to go overboard with how well they played when I don't know. I like the suggestions you've made in relation to the rotation of players, it makes sense. I just hope whatever the lineup and formation results in another wanderers win.
  5. I'm wondering/hoping that we keep the same formation as what we played against Wigan, but I can't see it. It was good to see something different, but also similar to what Schumacher played at Plymouth, hopefully this is the formation and lineup, with the slightest of tweaks now and again, to get us back on track.
  6. Still not shown us your line up so we can scream at you how wrong you are. Of course it's for fun, we have absolutely NO sway on who gets selected, so why do it if it's not for fun?
  7. As mentioned in a previous post, it's just for fun, so who are you picking? If we were to do one and done on players having a bad game, we'd have no squad.
  8. Just trying something different, why not. What is your line up suggestion?
  9. GK - Bonham DEF - Tutu Johnson Total Taylor Mid Erhanon Simons ACD Dempsey Conway St - Forss
  10. I don't mind the idea of getting a second choice keeper in from a higher league to be the number one, but I don't understand trying to sign a player, regardless of position who is a back up in a lower league or at a lower level.
  11. You know what, I have no idea 😂
  12. True, but at least it looks like you've thought about it and looked at alternatives and then made a suggestion. Just wanting someone out due to frustration (not saying that's not allowed) doesn't feel like it's been properly thought out and whilst it's not our decision to make those appointments as you've said, it just doesn't feel like a properly thought out thing. I think what I'm trying to say is that it's easy to say you want someone gone, but not much though or research is done to look into alternatives
  13. That's fair, but it feels very knee jerk, yeah get rid, but then who comes in, need to think about these things when making comments, add some rationale to it
  14. Also, Paris wasn't even in the FA Cup squad at all for that game
  15. Just watching the maccelsfield vs palace highlights, nice to see a header on target 😂
  16. For those wondering about Schumachers tactics from his promotion campaign, I found an article, some of it is behind a paywall, but you can always Google it yourself too 😊 https://totalfootballanalysis.com/team-analysis/plymouth-argyle-202223-their-tactics-under-steven-schumacher-scout-report-tactical-analysis-tactics#:~:text=Argyle's biggest asset this season,to pin the opponent back.
  17. Maybe he changed tactics to suit the players and their abilities? Just a guess, it's the only thing I can think of which is better than when a manager comes in and says "I'm playing x formation and you need to adapt to it" and then the players struggle and the manager is gone after a few months like what happened at Old Trafford
  18. What I find funny in these types of discussion is that those who want him gone never say who they want in instead.
  19. Has Paris had any game time with Brentford since going back or has he been shipped out elsewhere on loan?
  20. We were supposed to be copying Brentfords method and then binned it off when it went to shit
  21. Celtic have fired their new coach after eight games in charge too
  22. Bruno after Ngotty Campo the cat or just Super John.
  23. Dalby Hat Trick is all I want for Christmas 🎁 ⛄ 😊
  24. The thing is, we tried to play entertaining tippy tappy football in the past and got twatted. Now we're playing naff and winning and people are still complaining. I'd rather shithouse the league and win scrappy each week than try to pep the ball into the net and get spanked. Let's focus on getting into the championship however we can and then drafting in better quality and progressing next season.
  25. We're there any kid of chants or anything like that from us towards Wilshire? I always liked him and glad he had the chance to play in a Wanderers shirt, not that it really means anything as he was a loanee, but I'd like to think he got a decent reception from our lot?
