Worst moments

I referenced this in the other thread. This was my reaction at our hotel in Reading after the 7-1 thrashing in 2014. I didn’t wreck the hotel but my wife (who didn’t go to the match) thought I’d gone mental.
Stoke (semi final) and Aldershot (playoffs) are up there.

Pretty much all of mine captured on here, a mix of agonising days, desperate ones and just flat as a pancake ones.

Villa cup semi and Holdsworth in the agonising category, one v Wolves at home in 70s where we were robbed of promotion on final day by a couple of shocking decisions (at least my 14 year old self thought so anyway)

Stoke (league) top of the desperate ones for me, Aldershot right up there with what it meant at the time.

Stoke (cup) and Watford (play off) the worst of the flat as a pancake ones, Oxford very much the current day next best

On that Watford one I darted 10 mins before the end, got back to Euston for 5.30 train, was nice and quiet, could sulk in relative peace, small win of sorts
