forced to apologise for his toon army joke re Beckham

Where do I complain? Get the red ginger sacked!!!

is it me or is rodney looking extremely rough tonight??, looks like sleep deprivation to me. Could be affecting his judgement, you know he loves us really :^o

what was his toon army joke?

It was the one where Beckham turned down an ??8 million pound move to Newcastle, because of the terrible damage caused in SE Asia by the Toon Army.

PS Did you hear the latest from Big Ron? All Chinese birds are mingers- allegedly!

Aye, but no mention of the comedian that was on with him who's act was littered with 'racists' gags. Typical British press taking something out of context in order to twist the knife.

hahaha

SKY SACK RODNEY MARSH

Rodney Marsh has had his contract terminated by Sky Sports after making offensive comments on air about the Asia tsunami disaster.

The former Queens Park Rangers and Manchester City striker appeared as a pundit on Monday night's You're on Sky Sports programme.

A Sky Sports spokesperson said on Tuesday: "We have today ended Rodney Marsh's contract with Sky Sports.

"The decision was made this morning, following a review of his comments on last night's edition of You're on Sky Sports.

"During the live night-time phone-in Rodney made comments that were offensive and inexcusable.

"An apology was made within the programme and Rodney's comments were edited and removed from later transmissions.

"These remarks should never have been made and Sky would like to offer its apologies to those who were offended."

F??ckin good. He's as bigger red ginger than savage..

Saturday Sky TV will be a better place without this thick cockney tw??t

Couldn't have happened to a nicer bloke, they think they're untouchable.

:D

what a feckin week we are having.

i'm gonna put extra lottery on for tomorrow.

I must be only person who liked watching him on Sky. Thought he was a good bad guy, if you know what I mean. The prog on Saturday with Jeff Stelling usually has me pissing my sides - a lot of this due to Marsh.

although he's a prick, he is entertaining...

bit of a shame really..

he is only entertaining because he knows feck all about football and we all laugh at him, if he was any good he would be a manager. thank god he's been sacked :D/ :D/ :D/

how amny times have we slagged him off?

the guys an idiot.

what a feckin week we are having.

i posted it monday morning.

The only thing Rodney Marsh was good at, in my opinion, was predicting relegation for The Wanderers; thus ensuring another season in the Premier League!

I guess he'd decided if he said it enough times he'd eventually be right. Not yet Rodders; not yet!:D/

I'm not convinced he should have been sacked for the Beckham / Tsunami joke. It wasn't in the greatest taste, but it was reasonably inoffensive.

He should have been sacked years ago for consistently poor punditry (if the word exists!).

PS As a fan of Tsunami jokes, did you think he gave his ex-colleagues a big wave as he left the building?

My coat's on!
