missus c! He did wear them 'things' and also walked around with a Lakers vest on over a white t-shirt with Dr Dre blasting out of his walkman! In my day it was a mohican or skinhead! bondage trousers, safety pins and 20 hole Dock Martins!

no i blissfully sailed through the legwarmer phase unaware of the benefits of thermal ankle wear.!!!

im 27 so wasnt buying my own clothes in the 80's and therefore relied on my mum.

was deffo into that crazy flourescent phase though, with an orange osock/green sock, and lurid bicycle shorts,uuuugggghhhh shudder.

mam also dressed me in knickerbockers, ra ra skirts ,bodywarmers(gillets) and ponchos, all of which have come back in fashion this year.

fashion sucks.

my fave outfit was my brownie uniform with my poo coloured brown beret.
