WHERE ELSE WOULD THEY BE WATCHING IT ? GMR ?

how on earth is someone who turns up to watch the 'biggest game in our history' a real fan.

whereas someone who watched in the dark days but can not go tonight is a JCL or a ragging disgrace ???

no actually i see what you are all saying, might cancel my lifeline membership, my season ticket and stop travelling over for games.

Surely if it's the biggest game in our history then turning up to help the team must be important? :-k

Someone who can't make it, can't make it - simple.

I think the issue is with the floaters, so as to speak.

Anyway, you got blisters so you can't power the motor up or summat?

You know damned well that it's not the 'can't make it - good reason' folk that are the arseholes. It's the 'could go if I wanted to but can't be arsed' fans who should be shot. It is they who increased the demand for the cup final tickets thus ensuring that some of our most loyal didn't get one! (Well, them and the ticket office!)

just cos i'm bored

what about the 'can't make it - good reason' ones, who have the 'good reason' they can't afford it, having spent more than the ticket price on ale (or any other leisure activity you care to insert) at weekend?

My guess is it's all a matter of prioritising your funds.

Its a big game I agree, but it aint the "Biggest in our history" thats boll*cks. Its a game to get us to the knock out stage of the UEFA Cup which will 'create' history but it doesn't mean it is the biggest. The public decide that, if it was the biggest it would be a full house, it aint.

Dont get me wrong Im enjoying European games (Home & Away) better than Premiership games this season (excl Arsenal at Home), Im more up for it. Im looking forward to tonight and Im sure the crowd wont be that bad. More people know they can pay on the door so more are doing just that.

Saying that Im buzzing for Saturday, the 'lads' Xmas bash to Everton, train from Manchester just after 10.00am, Lime St 11.00 am - session.
