Man United Game thoughts

Back Four were Sloppy.

Vaz Te was most dangerous player

Stelios was awful, He loses the ball too easily. We needed to keep the ball early in the first half and build up some momentium when he starts pissing about trying to take them all on. He gets tackled far to easy and they run on and N'gotty puts in the back of the net!

Jay Jay gave up. Seeing him walking back as they ran through to score the third was sad. Definetly not something a captain would do.

Faye - Not his usual intimidating self. Hardly noticed him

after the third we looked like we were ready to call it a day. Totally Gave up and its not like bolton to do that!

Ronaldo - Magic today, One of the best performances I've seen.

We need a result and soon. Lets have a proper go at liverpool!

just as well he isn`t the captain then

Yep it is!

heads went down too easy, does not matter who you play if you defend as badly as we did today against anyone you will lose, we are desperate for pace all over the team, we need box to box midfielder, new centre half, new pacy striker and a decent utility defender, and a plan B.

the one thing that did disapoint me today was when 3-1 down ,we had completely ran out of ideas and heads where down.

we need a quick striker espicially when playing away from home,or play doiuf up front with davies and not out wide.at the moment we are knocking balls up to davies to flick on to nobody or we lose it beacause davies has no support.

dont think sam will though we have used this 1 up front for years even in the 1st divison and it has worked.

I thought Bolton were poor individually and there was no cohesion to our play.

It hurts to admit, but we were outclassed today in all departments.

We were so shit, we made John O'Shea look like a footballer.

i was pleased with our first half performance and were far the better team in the last 30 mins of the first half but our tactics in second half were all wrong, when we hit long balls to davies he had no support, im in favour of long balls as i dont give one who wins the header as long as we can pick up the second ball but silvestre and ferdinand just headed it to oshea all day! It was also quite disapointing to see no fightback after their third goal as im sure a scrappy goal would have made the game far more interesting and given us hope, 4-1 was an unfair score imo. Oh well roll on liverpool!

No pride or passion, it's a local derby for fcuks sake!

We just seemed to roll over and die for an average Man u side.

Like copping off with a fat bird or misunderstandings with the GMP suggest we put the game behind us and nobody mention it anymore.

yep, what you want from a captain is to get booked in the 91st min, when 4-1 down for dissent thus suspending himself... utter d??ckhead... Nolan as captain don't make me laugh.

Or did they want him suspended now for fa cup and not for a league game during ANC

Same with davies

on this occasion i suspect it was intentional

nolan, when things are going badly wrong, is a liability as captain

for evidence, i give you fulham away

no calming influence and his gobbing off spread through the team

on the whole, i'd persevere with him, IF he merits a place in the team

I think Nolans booking was intentional and with the forthcoming Premier games and ANC fully support it...not too sure if Davies booking was intentional but glad he was anyway for the same reason.

on the whole, i'd persevere with him, IF he merits a place in the team

I'm surprised at that, very surprised. Him and Davies are the soul of that team in my eyes.

don't get me wrong, i like nolan a lot

just think he can let himself down with his mouth

and he looked well below his best yesterday

maybe allardyce is right that we have some 'tired' players

didn't he rest Nolan and Davies for the Sunderland game?

Nolan and Davies were "rested" at Sunderland.

In with the shite. United (idiots) United (idiots)

Me and my mate were sat in the East stand 2nd tier with all those reds rags. Only good thing in our favour I assumed they were all JCL`s lots of Japs, Fenians etc.

The game kicked off and you knew straight away this was`nt going to be our day, they ripped the Super Whites to shreds and it was no surprise when we scored one for them. There were only two people still sat on their arses as Bruno put through his own goal, that kinda gave the game away I was expecting the old fist in back`t yed but it never happened.

That section must be open sale cos there was no singing excpets the idiot song, you know the one. United (idiots) United (idiots)

When we scored I could`nt hide my delight and decided to make a sharp exit and go for a beer.

Did you know they dont sell ale till the half time whistle blows?

Got to admit the plastic bottles of Bud are very tasty and theres no hassle getting served. Maybe they should do the same at the Reebok, plastic bottles of Kronenburg will do for me.

Just as I was taking a swing of ale some Irish Fenian feck started mithering about the second goal. told him i could`nt understand a word and he should learn the Queens.

Stayed down with another three bottles of Bud watching it on the screens and decided to get the fukc out of it when four pricks realised who we were.

Was rather good singing Wanderers,Wanderers,Wanderers, as we made our hasty exit after 70 minutes.

All in all a good day rounded of with a good piss up and Chinese in Mcr then the train back to Athy for a further heavy

session.

Get this then, had a young teenager sat next to me with a united shirt on under a hoodie jumper. He was cheering for Bolton all the way through #-o

I thought the lad had some balls for wearing his colours. How wrong i was. He was just a typical clueless glory hunter

](*,) ](*,)

It was a bad day at the office - but sh*t happens. I've seen worse, and I wasn't too bothered about getting beat - we made them look a lot better than they are, though.

PB

Oooh ahh - just a little bit
