This is always tougher once opposition players have seen them play a couple of times. However, also depends on how many new players they bring in, nad how quickly they settle.

Pardew wasn't wanted out because of results, it was more about the style of football he was (attempting) to make us play in. Once he learnt his lesson and went back to proper West Ham football, things were fine. Remarkably our results also took an upturn in fortune too. Can't think why
