Think we was playing port vale ,anyhow twas just before kick off when loads of kids and darren came running down manny road . turns out the port vale mob was chasing them anyhow to cut a long story short , we ended up chasing the port vale mob back over orlando bridge . when we came back darren was jumping around like a ragging lunatic his face was a picture he then went round to everybody giving them a '' very hard clap on the back '' Absolute legend

The only reason i used the "spazzy" bit at the start of the thread,was so that people would instantly know who i was on about,no one calls him that in my pub,but a few years ago around town and at Burnden, it seemed to be his tag,unfortunately.

March 12, 200620 yr I saw Darren a few years ago at Preston. He was joining in the warm up on the pitch with the Bolton players. A steward was going to take him away but Browny intervened and Darren was allowed to go back on the terrace.
