jayjayoghani Posted April 28, 2006 Posted April 28, 2006 Boro have only got 9200 tickets for the Final.
Horwich Posted April 28, 2006 Author Posted April 28, 2006 Wish i'd applied for some via uefa and sold em to the smoggies. ground only holds about 31000 so that was always gonna be the case. glad we didnt get there 8-[
burnden Posted April 28, 2006 Posted April 28, 2006 some of the prices being touted for tickets are disgraceful [-X i hope they get an extra allocation of tickets as well 9200 is a joke when so many have gone to independants and corporate seats......
astley bridge Posted April 29, 2006 Posted April 29, 2006 you can fly to amsterdam(plenty of cheap flights) and get train down only takes a couple of hours. did it in euro 2004
Casino Posted April 29, 2006 Posted April 29, 2006 close to 200 with easyjet - and thats from liverpool prob worse up north east
shewan Posted April 29, 2006 Posted April 29, 2006 To be honest, slightly relieved we are not in the final!!! 9200 tickets, rubbish complete rubbish!! can you imagine the way they would handle that at the reebok after that fcuk up over cardiff tickets!! In total both sets of fans get just over 18000 for the final. Thats half the stadiums capity!! If your going to give the extra 18000 tickets to random people then at least get a bigger ground that can hold about 80000!!!
Happy Wanderer Posted April 30, 2006 Posted April 30, 2006 There are a couple of flight agencies that I know of who are charging ??299 for the final. It's a little expensive but if they want to go they will pay it simple as.
Carlos Posted April 30, 2006 Posted April 30, 2006 Is it not just in Einhoven? Exactly how difficult can it be to get there? Let's not forget there were whoppers paying ??800 for BWFC to take them to France Guess who would have got priority for tickets...

Only 450 of us went to Istanbul FFS, we wouldn't of took that many over to the final
Carlos Posted April 30, 2006 Posted April 30, 2006 Aye, we'd have sold them but probably at a struggle, with priority going to people with a Blackburn voucher.
Guest boro_lad Posted April 30, 2006 Posted April 30, 2006 Im going on the bus ??110 coz the flights are too expensive! Tickets are a joke there offering them to the longest season ticket holders which is fair yes but they are the 60yr old men who go to every home game and whinge! Im only 17 and had a season ticket for 5 years! I have been to everyhome game, 12 away games, and 3 away games in Europe this season alone! Im a bit gutted and carnt afford to pay ??500 for one off ebay, just going over for the craic and hope i can get one for less than ??200 over there! Its a big headache like just hoping for the best!
Traf Posted May 1, 2006 Posted May 1, 2006 Am I the only one on here who really couldn't give a rat's arse about the UEFA Cup final? I hope Seville thrash the Geordie b??stards, otherwise we'll never hear the end of it.

Bridgey Posted May 1, 2006 Posted May 1, 2006 seville have some class players, saviolla can run the smoggies ragged on his own. lucky that he didnt make an appearance when we played them. i can't stand boro fans, full of themselves.
Happy Wanderer Posted May 1, 2006 Posted May 1, 2006 We only played their reserves. Correct Traf, a lot of people forget that point.

Traf Posted May 1, 2006 Posted May 1, 2006 We only played their reserves. Correct Traf, a lot of people forget that point. And the draw suited both clubs.
Casino Posted May 1, 2006 Posted May 1, 2006 somebody forgot to tell seville, cos if i remember right, jussi pulled off a fantastic save with seconds to play
Traf Posted May 1, 2006 Posted May 1, 2006 Are you disagreeing with me? Did the draw not suit both clubs?
