and waiting for national press reports which will no doubt bang on about Spurs keeping their CL hopes alive and give us feck all praise as usual.

The one consolation is that playing like that we'll stuff Boro and Brum. Keflavik here we come :D/

and I tell you what, when Arsenal snatch a last minute winner in the CL final to deny Spurs their place, I will briefly (but violently) become trebly incontinent with joy :D/

Yeah I will be supporting Arsenal in the final, mind they are English (well, French) afterall.

i agree, we dominated the game and was unlucky with nakata's shot, god knows how we didn't get a penalty aswell. i also agree if we play like that on wednesday and sunday we should rule both games.

You've got to score goals to win games though and Nakatas shot apart we didn't really look like scoring yesterday despite dominating the first half.

supose, we should of took our chances when they cam to us.

campo missed an absolute sitter from a davies flick on

he missed another near the end

add to that Robinson's excellent save from Okocha's follow up on his free kick

and the Stelios effort looked to be going in til Dawson cleared it, not a goal line clearance but an important clearance none the less

as an aside, the build up to that effort was superb football

also, checked the stats, and 6 out of 14 goal attempts were on target, which suggests we came close but does indeed prove that you do need to score to win

Big Sam should not have taken the Borg off when he did. FACT.

Correcticos ,the Borg did nowt wrong and got the shepherds hook too early imo

I don't understand any substitution made within 6 mins of the restart if a player isn't injured.

hadn't spurs changed their formation?

no i think it was a straight swap for keane, but keane didnt get up in the match as much as i expected.

Keane went off injured.

looked like a straight swap to me, Vaz went straight up top... the borg wasnt happy, I personally think that he shoudlnt have been taken off, he held the ball up well.

i wouldnt be happy either, he made alot of good opportunity out of poor balls gave to him, he held the ball up and knocked it down to nakata for his shot that hit the bar.
