STAND-IN skipper Ricardo Gardner is out of Wanderers game against Middlesbrough tomorrow.

 

He suffered a knee injury in the defeat at Tottenham on Sunday and now faces an exploratory operation.

 

Wanderers will also be without Kevin Nolan, who has a rib injury.
