The guy is class and I want to remember him that way. Not as someone struggling to hold onto/justify his place in the team. Like Youri @ Blackburn. Like Per @ Wiggin.

 

What position I play is irrelevant. I've watched football long enough to have an opinion and some knowledge. And it was wing-back if you really want to know.

how can anybody say that bruno isn't as good as he was? he has been by far our best player and unsung hero over the past 3 seasons. don't give me the shite about gardner being the best because he's not as good as everyone makes out. bruno is the rock at the back and his cool nature makes him a better player.

Well, there best be someone ragging good lined up to replace him.

 

The usual scenario is let half the team dissapear at the end of the season.....then have 5 major targets, of which 6 don't come due to us probably because we are offering them a carrs pastie a week, then bring in 20 triallists, 3 loans , 2 asylum seekers and a partridge in a pear tree and fingers crossed, 1 day before the transfer window shuts one of them turns out to be an Abdoulaye Faye.

 

However, it will take him 8 weeks to get fit.
