Problem is, if you keep a player out of loyalty when he really ought to be dropping a league or two it starts to show.

I am sorry to say this but Bruno has reached the end of his career with us. He has been a great servant and will be hard to replace.

Spot on. He is a legend but look at the season he had at Blackburn after he left us.

I still reckon Bruno can do one more season

 

I dont think he's ever been the fastest of players, so he hasnt lost anything

 

And Bergsson proved he could still play at 38

 

In fact had his best form over those last 2 seasons

 

However...in sam we have faith....... :-s
