August 25, 200620 yr Author What about somewhere out of town !! change of scenery !! I see your point but its hard enough getting people to attend the dinner in Bolton. Out of Town would be impossible.

August 25, 200620 yr Author What about dobbies or even back at moat house (if they iron out the problems from last year) I`d sooner hold the dinner at Mcdonalds than go back to the moathouse.

August 25, 200620 yr As mentioned above, what about the Pack Horse, I went to a do there a few years ago and it was OK. Or a bit further out what about The Last Drop or Egerton House?

August 27, 200620 yr Just one point Brixton. Considering that the Holiday Inn people did such a bad job last time and paid compensation. Don't you think that they would be 'on their toes' if you where to go back as they wouldn't want the embrassement of cocking up twice?
August 27, 200620 yr The forum awards that Richbwfc posted at the new year should be announced at do.

September 1, 200620 yr Like I said, gotta be looking at a Conny / Labour / Liberal or Working Mans club. Cheaper ale. That was one of the main complaints last time. People aren't going for the cordon bleu cuisine. Get it back to its roots Brixton! What about the Anglers?
