And those 'select' players are world class. Can't say I could see Beattie producing magic such as that on any stage, including sunday league.

If you measure world class as the likes of Eto, Henry , Ronaldinho I am not convinced Anelka ever has been world class he has been a good player but world class nope don't think so.

Which is my point. He is NOT world class....he is Class, but not world Class!

Sorry I am tired and not thinking (no sarcy comments please) but who is Spud ? Not convinced Johnson could be a world class striker he could be a good striker but dont see him being better than that he doesn't really have that touch of genius that seperates the true greats..

What has suprised me with watching Johnson in Every game for us so far is how good other aspect of his game are, his touch is class, he even holds the ball up better then Box Head, he is stronger than I ever thought, plus he is only 25, so their is definatly potential to be world class!

Completely stunned...jealous...mystified. Fair play to the mockneys but why would 2 world class players who the likes of united, arsenal, chelsea etc were interested in, end up at west ham?? sounds very dodgy to me. Weren't MSI recently investigated in Brazil for links with the Russian Mafia? Is there a Chelsea connection ?
