September 28, 200619 yr Manc is a good night out, but every town & city in the country is full of scallies now. You've got kids in poncey areas like Bromley Cross being scrotes now. There are scrotes everywhere, but in my experience there seems to be a greater proportion in peripheral towns such as Bolton, Wigan and the worst offender - Stockport, than in Manchester city centre. Other towns / small cities that are not satellites of a big City like Manchester are bad too - Preston, Stoke etc...
