October 20, 200619 yr as you come off the motoway there is a school across from the main set of lights that u come to turn right towards the ground and then left into the schools car park, across from the church, adjacent from the pie shop, that runs parallel from the community centre. its about a 10 - 15 minute walk but its safe there and i think it costs about 3-5 pounds, I'm sure you'll find it easy enough
October 21, 200619 yr I'm sure you'll find it easy enough Good call. Parked on here before. Think its near the Golden Cup pub? Not a bad watering hole prior to the walk down the big hill to Ewood. (always hate that walk back "if" things haven't gone to plan!)
October 23, 200619 yr Parked up at The Bear Hotel near the top o'th 'ill. After game walked up middle of Bolton Road all the way to car. Remeniscent of Manchester Road in late 70 s early 80 s. Got in car, made to go on M65 by Police, off at next Jct and through Abbey Village and Belmont. I was home quicker than if it'd been a home game!

October 23, 200619 yr We parked on the and it took us nigh on 30mins to get off the fecker! I parked for free a few roads up. Stayed in the Golden Cup for a couple after the match. Traffic had died off by then. Was great leaving the ground - singing "There's only one Benni McCarthy" (at the time I thought he'd missed both pens). The road was mobbed. I said to our kid - "it reminds me of going to a football match this".
Think I will go on sunday with my young daughter.
