I didn't think he had a bad season just gone. If anyone comes in it's going to be on a free or because they are unslettled at the club they are in.

 

If there are any half decent players within our price range then their current clubs will fight tooth and nail to keep them. Look at us with Ben Haim - Allardyce has said he would rather let him go on a free at the end of the season rather than possibly damage our European chances. It's bad business for teams of our size to let players go mid-season unless they are shite.

Reo Coker is a very good player in a sh??te team filled with Primadonas.

 

He'd be quality at the Reebok in a team with spirit.

 

We'd never pay ??5m for him though.
