When the flip is completed, both feet are on the floor, and the ball is released as per the laws of the game though:

 

i agree with some dnt think its banned ive only ever seen this done by steve watson at friendly and testimonial games think players dont do it in case the Feck up could you see ivan doing it giving it staight to the opposition and them scoring. Think he will get more than two weeks wages fined

I presume it's not done as the rick of injury is too great. Remember last season when Lua-Lua knackered his ankle after doing his daft celebration flip after scoring..............he doesn't do it any more (the daft flips that is, although I don't think he's scoring too many either)
