Smiffs Posted September 8, 2007 Posted September 8, 2007 Easy. No bread, loads of water especially before meals, fruit and veg. Eat what you want for dinner (lunch to posh folk) apart from a full english, and half of what you normally have for tea. Saturdays, do what the bugger you want within reason. takeaway, few beers, whatever. When your hungry drink water and go for a run, walk, or wank. Worked for me but fcuin hell it was boring.

Aye and the thing is it's a long haul You can't do it overnight it's gotta be a 6 month commitment I did similar to above and lost a fair bit but I still had a 10 pint session every satday I ran twice a week for 25-30 mins, played 5 a side once a week and walked about an hour a day to work And some of the habits you get into stick
exiledwhite2 Posted September 8, 2007 Posted September 8, 2007 You want to bet Well...I still walk to work Only cos I'm too tight to pay the tube fair though
