Irrespective of his own poor form (of which he's honest enough to admit!!) it's good to hear him sticking up for Ickle Sam.

Nolan obviously suffers from a rare disease in football. Loyalty!

It was good to hear someone basically telling the press that the only reason 'yoose lot are in a job is because of the pressure that yoose put on other people' but at the same time if players like Nolan didn't go bleating to them in the first place because they 'don't know where they're supposed to be playing, then they'd have a lot less amunition!

nolan may well regret what he said at a time when he was seriously pissed off
