We are departing from Skopje in 8:00 CET (7:00 your time). Arriving in Manchester and then a bus to Bolton so at about 11:00 your time we should be there. The players are staying at the hotel on the Reebok stadium and we are staying in the Holiday Inn hotel.

 

What are your suggestions? Where do we go? Who's free on Wednesday from about 11-12 to meet us there? Where is the hotel located and where should we go when we arrive? How far is the hotel Holiday Inn from Reebok?

Think the train will be best. It's two stops from Bolton train station (leaves Platform 4) and takes 10 minutes.

 

Do not get on trains with destination Southport or Wigan!

Tour no problem, can be either weds or thursday.

 

 

my suggestion would be to do the tour on thursday, gives you time to get sorted. have a few beers weds. get up thrusday, do the tour, few more beers, presentation (see below) then back to pub and a few more beers.

 

The tour would be for all the travelling fans and i am sure a couple of here could help out as well !

alex/jumbo, the club would also like to do a quick presentation to you both about an hour before kick off hopefully with a couple of players (will be ones who are nt playing !)

 

 

You know i think it will be the hotel near the ground, the one in town is a 4 star and a room there for 2 nights could cost well over ?100 each, whereas as the one by the ground is a lot cheaper. I tried to ring them but get central reserbations who are as useful as a chocolate teapot.

I live near the town centre holiday inn, I think it's more likely you are in the one near the Reebok.

 

I'll be free on Weds evening and Thurs afternoon if you want to see anything, assuming I can drag myself away from Halo 3.

We had some Czech customers over for the Newcastle match and there was also some confusion over which Holiday inn they were booked in. Turns out it was the one next to the Stadium and that's the Express by Holiday Inn chain of hotels . Check link , give them a call.

Alex could be your foreign reinforcement. He was called up for a 4th league club, but he didn't sign because he couldn't stand taking blood from vein (one of the medical tests for getting a license)
