100% agree all the club did was play never walk alone the game after his sad passing, he was often in our pub

and all he talk about was the superwhites. saldy missed. Bloody well said.

The biggest bolton fan Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting, i still watch some of the old Roadrunner tapes from the late 80's early nineties, not for the football but for the sheer wit of his commentry!!!

Someone at the club should organise a Roadrunner video compilation night for fans to attend - for a chance to see a few of Dave's highlights. It would show us that the club thinks about the fans & recognises the support of someone like Dave. Any fee charged could go to a charity of Dave's family's choice.

I am honoured to have known such a fine fellow.Whilst I can't count myself as a friend,he always had the time of day for the kids of Morris Green.Even in later years he always seemed to remember us and stopped to talk.

 

The like of which is sorely missed in our community these days.
