Strange comment that when the two clubs' achievements in the 60 odd year period since the war have been roughly the same.Bolton's greater European pedigree would tilt the scales in our favour in my opinion.

 

I think he must be one of those who thinks the league should be arranged with the club with the highest average gate at the top of the league.But even then, Bolton would be somewhere in the 20s since records began which couldn't be classed as tiny in a list of 92.
