February 4, 200818 yr Cant understand the logic behind staying near the ground TBH. After the game you don't go to your hotel do you? Each to their own I suppose. Anyway a few are in the Praga I believe.

February 4, 200818 yr Managed a good deal in here http://www.agumarhotel.com/ Excellent Metro system in Madrid so you can probably stay anywhere thats close to a station http://www.multimadrid.com/descrips/sites/info/metro.htm
February 4, 200818 yr I know those lads who booked hotels near to the ground in Munich soon regretted their decision. I am with JJ on this one, why would you want to stay anywhere other than in the centre? You will be drinking there Wednesday night, Thursday during the day and Thursday night after the game - whereas a hotel near the ground serves what purpose? Maybe you want to nip to your room for a quick change before walking to the game? Everyone to their own though.

Probably get twatted or sumet It's only about five stops from the centre of Madrid on the Metro! The ground itself is in a pretty ugly area (the ring road runs right under the main stand!) You're better off in the centre where you can walk to all the bars etc.

February 5, 200818 yr anyone no of a dirt cheap hostel to stay in close to the airport i could just do with a few hours shut eye befor having to be at the airport at 8 in the morning. so far my flights cost me 38 pounds and just need a ticket and maybe a floor for a few hours
