Campo's been subbed many times before & not given that reaction. I'd say it was probably a combination of frustration, & the sign of a poor relatinship between him & Megson.

Campo had a worse relationship with Lee.

I think it was good that campo did that. Showed that he still has passion and he is giving his all to try and keep OUR team in the Premier League!
