It was directed by Wes Craven. A follow-up to a particularly bad performance at Reading in 1984: A Nightmare on Elm Park.

I know a few on here have said they don't like it, but I'd recommend 'The Happening'

Settled on Doomsday Unrated. No idea what its about, not even seen a trailer.

Tis very good, sent the dog to the bathroom first after watching that so I could have a pee.

A couple I've watched recently and thought were ok - The recent remake of Salems Lot (Rob Lowe) and Storm of the Century (Colm Feore), though I'm probably biased as I like stephen Kings stuff.

 

Both were serials which are now available on DVD

how very bizarre - was looking through my HD for something to watch on Sunday night and came across a copy of The Orphanage - thought "how the hell did that get on there". Skipped briefly through it and thought it looked hard work. You need to be on top of your game to watch anything with subtitles.

Them was a scary ant film, though I was about 10 when I saw it.

It's Alive, about some killer baby - saw it when I about 6 or 7 and had nightmares for about 6 months - I'd slap that babysitter if I saw her now.

 

Best horror film ever is The Shining....turn the lights off, pre-roll 5 fat doobies and prepare to be spooked out
