Good Beer Guide 2009

Featured Replies

Did anyone see the list of Bolton boozers that have made it into the 2009 Good Beer Guide in last night's BEN?

The Crown and the chuffing Dog and Partridge are in there, for crying out loud!

Anyone got the full list?

Sweet Green is best for choice in town I'd say.

Always 3 or 4 good ales in Hen n Chicks also.

Aye, they were.

Hope and Anchor and House with No Name were on, too.

And Barristers, obviously.

And the Ainsworth.

I meant the full list of Bolton pubs, nugget!

The people in Barristers are too obsessed with their pipes etc. to actually serve people. Kind of defies the object of having a pub.
