It suppose depends how much you value your job, if B.A are good employers then id think some staff would work for nowt, if you hate your job and there shite employers then I suppose you wouldnt, If it were to happen in my current job I'd do it if it meant future stability.

You reckon? I'm no militant but I doubt them that aren't on the highest wages will be remembered! Aren't BA up there as one of the worst managed companies in the whole of the big wide world?
