It was definitely more entertaining and well done to the North stand for striking up franky franky franky worthington, I had a tear in my eye as my all time favourite player acknowledge my bowing down before him for a split second I was 15 again and in awe of the great man. Players included Claus Jensen,Robbie Elliot,Ged Taggart,David Lee,Andy Walker,Bob Taylor,Greg Strong,Paul Jones,Peter Nicholson,Frank Worthington.Richard Sneekes,Ivan Campo,Gudni Bergsson and Nicky Spooner. I'd say Ivan Campo got the best reception,he didn't throw himself to the floor.Amir Khan went on as sub in the 2nd half and looked small even compared to David Lee

Same here but I think Ivan Campo got the best reception, I suppose its an age thing. Frankie was the last one off at the end of the 'lap of honour' and spent some time with fans in the lower west. Agree with Alibob, it was entertaining and an ideal warm up for the main match. ps I thought JT should have had a penalty!
