Renewing St's Online

Featured Replies

Trying to renew mine and junior st's online and having a mare.

Never bought tickets for BWFC online so created acct and put email address/password in.

Now I know after the event that I should have just activated my client reference to bring st's up first.

However put ref and name in and says acct is active and to use forgotten password way.

Did that confirmed same password.Tried to log and says I can't log on.

So not getting anywhere fast.

Any help appreciated

I don't know whether there is something wrong with the online thing.

I had a look at the price using the email address and password, intending to buy in the future as there are a few of us together.

Didn't type in any card details, but got an email from them confirming the booking. Don't know whether I have bought them yet, but will have to check my credit card as that is what I used last year.

When I bought them last year they charged me twice, sent a letter of apology and gave me a ?20.00 voucher.

Couldn't do it on my dads laptop for some reason, tried it on mine and within 5 minutes had bought 5 tickets.

it is a shoddy shoddy system though.

If you read the instructions properly it's a piece of piss.

Took me 2 minutes to renew last week.

indeed it is but on my dads laptop it just wouldn't log in for some reason.

Mine was straight in and booked no problems other than they'd spelt my dads name wrong on his ST so we couldn't work out why his tickets wasn't registering.

Just tried to renew mine on-line and I couldn't.

Rang the ticket office. They said because it's a family ticket and I've got the lifeline discount, it can't be done on-line. Phone or in person only. They will do it for the on-line price though. Don't know if anyone else has had this problem.

Just spoke to the nice old guy who I always speak to every year for buying other tickets.

He tried to sort it with me via online but still couldn't do it so renewed them both over the phone at the online price.

The online system is clearly flawed. If the issue has happened to others.Sooner they go back to the old system and renew over the phone the better.

The online system is a bag of sh*t! the season will have started by the time you work it out.

Give up and renew by phone, it is easier.

If you follow the instructions and it works it's a piece of piss.

Professionally speaking, they've prob just got a cheap as possible Windows licker to do it. It may not work on a certain browser version or setting, the possibilities are endless when building a web based system. Cheap systems are counter-productive.

Isn't the online software owned/operated by Ticket Master?

You'd have thought that they'd make it cross platform compatible.

Not that I care as I purchased mine (online) in less than 5 minutes.

Possibly, in which case it should work seamlessly.
