Looking for some TV box sets to get my teeth into. Any recommendations please? Nothing too original I'm afraid but I'd recommend these...

Entourage is a must the greatest tv show ever, closely followed by the Soprano's, 24, The Wire and The West Wing.

Other than Lost (because the missus was into it) I've never seen any of the shows above

 

I've heard of most of them - and they all appear to be long running American drama-types - an hr long at a time...

 

This is not meant as any offence to anyone and it's a genuine question, but how the fuck do you find the time to watch all of them?? Do you not do owt else or do you not sleep?!

To be honest they are alot better than the Shite thats on here, X-Factor i'd rather have a my balls chopped off and served to me on a plate with Ketchup, which I really hate.....much prefer HP Sauce.

 

Entourage episodes are only 30 min shows as well......also with box-sets you can watch them at your own pace and time, Sundays are usually best when very hungover from the night before.

I agree, but the other way round. I don't think id ever get bored of watching Sopranos.

One of the best and underated by ITV over here. You've got 7 seasons to catch up on, have fun!

the shield is my favourite and if you like it try sons of anarchy, made by the same people as the shield about gun running hells angels gangs. ron perlman is excellent in it.

also try 'breaking bad' about a school science teacher who gets told he has terminal cancer so to make sure his wife and son are taken care of he takes to making crack cocaine with a former student of his.
