In which case get to the job center and see anyone is doing any free or cheap courses for auto-cad or Microstation, no body uses a drawing broad anymore, its all CAD now those 2 will get him started on the low end of cad, and with a bit of luck he may get the chance to move up to the more power-full computer systems and therefore more money, auto-cad 20 to 24 any hour, the other 50 to 55 any juist a slight jump in rate
