December 7, 201114 yr I actually went watching this a few years back (my ex's dad lived in Gloucestershire). They are absolute mentalists, and the winner simply gets the block of cheese that has run down the hill! People have broken limbs and everything in this event, not 100% someone hasn't died in the past. Backwards place though, this event goes hand in hand with the wool-sack carrying and the shin kicking events.
