February 22, 201214 yr Oh happy days! Kinell Traf, I near had a heart attack for the past 24 hours! You can blame the collective fucking twatsponges at BT & SKY for the delay. My internet went down at 11.30am on Friday: I alerted SKY to the fault and they then got onto BT Openreach to fix it. BT Openreach to their credit had the fault fixed before close of business on Friday. However, either nobody told SKY it was fixed so they could reinstate my service or some fucking Scottish nobjockey at SKY just forgot to put it back on. It was only when I rang SKY to kick off yesterday that this schoolboy error came to light, but surprise, surprise nobody can say whose fault it was. Utter fucking wankstains. I work from home and my busiest time is weekends and I can't work with the internet: complete shithouses. If it isn't yet apparent, I'm less than impressed with the level of "service" I received and I've just mailed them both a parcel of human shit.
