Not Cheltenham Related, But...

...whilst this section is as busy as it has ever been: I have it on pretty good authority (from the yard itself) that MInstrels Gallery is primed to turn over the odds-on favourite in the 5.05 Southwell.

The horse has an entry for the Guineas and its bloodlines suggest it'll take to the all-weather track well enough.

At 5/2 it represents decent value.

I'd now be enquiring:

(i) How they acquired said photo

(ii) How much they're prepared to pay you for your "image rights"

No shit here, mate: pursue this one.

In a similar vein to last night's one:

7.15 Wolverhampton: Eshaab : probably end up even money though.

I'm on at 7/4.

I missed yesterday's tip so am on this.

No pressure, but my son doesn't get the new shoes he so desperately needs if it fails.

He didnt even try on it. Shocking,

My poor son will be in threadbare shoes for the rest of the school year.

I fucking HATE horses

Piss poor ride there.

If I hadn't backed it ealrier at 7/4, I wouldn't have backed it later on at 8/11: no value in that whatsoever.

I laid enough back off to get a free run at it, but it was poor.

Spider, what size feet has your lad got?

I've just taken 4/1 (Best Odds Guaranteed) from bet 365 for:

Martha's Way in the 6.20 at Wolverhampton tonight. You know the drill, it's a Class 6 Handicap: quality (not!),

This one had 3 races very close together last year to get a handicap mark and now makes its hcp debut after a 6 months break.

Those races were over 6f and 7f, but his one's bred for further than that.

Today's race is over 9.5f and I expect it to go very well: 4/1 looks good value. As low as 3/1 would be fine.

6.50 Wolves : Ishismart 4/1

Traf

I feel like I've spent 4 days being viciously buggered by a collective of Trilby-topped, guffawing turf accountants. I don't know how much more I can take.

Last go. Last.

Iamin.
