April 3, 201214 yr i think its a megger story, the capacitor of it all makes great sense, if he'd of jumped it would of been one way just like a diode, however i am sure that a lot of people are staying neutral over it as it could of been one of 3 phases, maybe the magnetic field of the emf attracted him up there
