Hutch, an educated guess perhaps? (still umpiring?)

No balls, i agree.

Fact of the matter is that Mr Cook has already spoken with PG in depth so, as much as he is a wanker, as is Gartside, it may well happen sooner rather than later and if it does Gartside needs the fans on his case because Cook is a dirty, dirty prick of the highest order. My money is on sooner, although only once the Carlos comment below has happened. Then again, Gartside likes people to do his shit for him. Not sure which way round it will be. Might not even be Cook (obviously) but my reference to Carlos i believe will still make him happy who ever he employs.

Coincidental that Cook was in the press recently bleating on about his mistakes at City, first time we've heard him for a while? Time will tell. Also, Cook has a great track record of selling Clubs to foreign investors, however shit (or good) they turn out to be. The CEO has gone to make way for this IMHO, nothing to do with Coyles long-term plan, but the owners preference to sell and the methods in which chosen too. Mr Duckworth has been nothing short of superb for Bolton Wanderers and even i will ignore his over inflated bonuses when the Club was under-performing both on and off the pitch to applaud him for his service.

Anyone with their ear close to the ground will also know that Gartside has been a frequent visitor to the land of a thousand sands over the last 12 months too. Mid-seaon training camp in Dubai wasn't exactly for training reasons, slightly bigger picture than that, hence why Coyle is here for a while. See above.

Carlos will be happy soon with the next wield of the axe at BWFC, one that will again IMO, be a bad, bad move if Gartside has the balls. I'm sure he will though, to the detriment of the Club.

In Summary - Mr Davies wants out. Mr Gartside is his confidant. Mr Gartside is not respected by the Senior Managers of the Club. Mr Duckworth is/was, highly. Months and months of talks have seen Mr Duckworth go amicably (publicly). A sale was missed/lost prior to relegation (by PG, not AD). I'll stick my masssive post history on Mr Cook being brought in to ensure another one isn't.

Mr Gartside will read this, and go mental but...

Mr Gartside...the best thing you did for BWFC is what you did at boardroom level and get rid of Hargeaves and following that, those fuckin idiot Ball's (Graham, Nigel and Christopher). I'm happy to admit that getting rid of the Ball family, Brian Scowcroft and David Speakman to name but a few hanger-on-ers etc was an absolute must and it was probable (in fact highly likely) that the Club would have never have even graced the FAPL as it did if it weren't for you, and for that, i'm truly appreciative. In fact, i firmly believe that not many people will truly know how close the Club was to ruin, until you saw the light, once the move to the Reebok from Burnden had actually completed.

However, the second best appointment you have ever made (the first being Sam) and you 'fire' him off, for that i'm truly at a loss. One of the most respected CEO's in the top flight for whom has given you the platform for which you have lived a comped and media focused life whilst being kept under control by the said CEO. You have spoken nothing but drivel when on the biggest stage and have taken an unjust amount of cash from BWFC's books and its fans for little or no work.

I'm going for a piss.

Fuck me, the suns coming up. Even Film4 is showing 'Teleshopping'.

Here's hoping Mr Gartside that your wallet hasn't ruled your head AND heart. Here's hoping. Sadly, i somehow doubt it.

Now gals and guys, a lot of the above has been spoken from the heart but with equal measure, alot has been spoken from knowledge. The CEO issue has been going on since at least September of last year - if Mr Davies still owns BWFC in 18 months time, Mr Gartside and his new side kick will have failed. But ultimately, that is the aim.

Mr Moderators - if you feel that there is anything witin this post that puts the site (or me,) at risk, remove it or shift it to the ITK section if it still exists....

I have renewed my season ticket and will shout and scream from the NSL as i have been doing since 1997.
