And, if this League is about " real appetite and work-rate" (Coyle's words) I'd suggest not building a squad of soft-centred players.

Who, in their right mind and in this economy, would walk away from their source of income? You'd lose your income, and (especially in the world of football management) any chance of a decent reputation to get yourself another job. Nobody wants a quitter for a manager.
