We need to go back to the old 4-5-1/4-3-3 formation that worked so well for us for many years. Sordell as the main striker with Chungy and Petrov as the wide men and a central midfield 3 of Mavies, Vela and Andrews. When/if Holden is back we can put him in for Vela maybe.

August 20, 201213 yr Two choices :- 1. Sack off his backroom staff and bring in experienced people - coach, fitness trainer & the rest. Maybe Sammy Lee as first-team coach. or 2. Resign; he's already shown over 18 months that he has no idea, which makes (1) a doubtful option.

Most of us knew we would be in a scrap at Burnley, so to put that midfield out was sailing out of harbour with the bow doors open. Do you think that he has had Derby and Forest watched? Doubt it. Im still not convinced with bogdan and would like to see lonergan given a chance plus a new left back with rickets moving over to the right. So that's pretty much the whole team!
