October 9, 201213 yr Sorry, I added an edit. It was meant in terms of a new manager changing things about and us maybe starting again with how we do things. Like I said, I've not a clue how much it'd cost. It's not going to take a manager 2 years to change how we do things with the first team we're talking coaching fitness and tactics not infrastructure and yes the long term strategy of the club is clear especially with regard to the academy so let's just get a manager who buys in to that - its not difficult
