I've recieved a e-mail and the letter is in PDF format, I open it up in MSN and it's like Russian literature. I opened the e-mail on my phone and it's fine. I use Windows, I saved it into this on my laptop and just want to know if my settings are wrong or I can do something to make it make sense. I've wasted nearly three hours trying all kinds Carlos. It's a doc I have to sign and send back.

Do you not know anyone who is Russian and can print it off for you?

Garrps off over to Russia in a few weeks, he could take it there and get it translated for you.

Or, if you can't wait that long, just download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader (which is free) and then it should all be OK for you when you open up the document

Can you not just install Adobe Reader on a PC and open it up in that?

Failing that, email it to me and I'll have a look as I'm a PDF expert, apparently.

Have you tried updating Adobe?
