Problem is it will take us a while to get from Euston to Greenwich. Doing it without at least one stop off for a pint will end in disaster.

 

 

From Westminster Pier ( Embankment tube) or next stop from St Katherines Pier (Tower Hill tube i think)

For anyone getting the boat to Greenwich, it looks like Westminster tube station is nearer than Embankment station to get on the boat at Westminster pier, with Tower Hill station the closest to get on at the next stop, St Katherine's pier.

 

If the Antigallican is the pub turn left & down a bit from the station, it was bobbins the one time i went in....lots of K&F types, sipping halfs. I'd expect Fat Frank & his gang to be in there.

 

Anyway, a lovely Bolton goal from a good win at Charlton 1964-65...no expense spared on the banner either !
