October 14, 201312 yr The house we have just sold had one done two weeks ago. The guy knocked on two plasterboard walls,took two pictures and fucked off. £250. Nice one.
October 14, 201312 yr Get a decent survey done, on an old house it's well worth it and can be a strong negotiating factor in getting the vendor to reduce the price if anything dodgy is found.
