M G WHITES Posted December 23, 2013 Posted December 23, 2013 (edited) What do you stick in it? Stick 6 egg yolks in a mixing bowl,spoonfull of sugar and beat together. Then pour 1 pint milk,1 pint cream,brandy, rum and a tot of vanilla n a pan,warm it up on hob and keeping whisking it till it thickens,add a big bar of smashed up white chocolate to the warm custard,whisk again. Pour over the eggs and sugar in bowl, whisk,then transfer back to pan through a sift .Easy,Make about 3 pints that,i find a 4 pint milk bottle does the job to store it in Edited December 23, 2013 by M G WHITES Quote
