We've got folk moaning about austerity then 177,000 people spend a fucking fortune to spend a week in a field watching Lionel Ritchie. Get in the fucking sea. In glastonburys defence it's cheap as chips £200 for a ticket for circa 4 full days offers much greater value than the average football game Then you've got the food and drink, as you can come and go from the festival bringing your own booze the vendors inside have to compete with this so there pricing is really reasonable. We ended up sacking off our car full of cans etc and just buying nice cold beers inside.
