Thanks Surprised at that, used em a few times in the last few years with their 'Home Care' service, always been spot on, one of their plumbers even lied for me on the report so I didn't get charged for a leak from a pipe I had forgotten to tighten under the sink.

January 15, 201511 yr We had a two bar elctric fire when I was a kid. It had a red bulb beneath a mock pile of logs with a fan type thing that spun round it to give a flame flickering effect. Had me fooled for years.

January 16, 201511 yr Report them you'll get a feedback form and that'll affect their bonus I think. I'm not quite sure how it works with service and repair but in installations you definately get a feedback card afterwards. Out of intrest what was the engineers name exiled?

Dunno it was about 2 years ago, my mum didn't complain, I would have. You don't give companies your custom so some ignorant twat who doesn't want to do the job can give you attitude in your own home. He was moaning that he shouldn't have been sent alone, like it was my mums fault, and had a right face on.
